Hydrogen and electrolysis

Hydrogen (H2) is a flammable gas. It is the most abundant element in the universe. Hydrogen is a very light gas, but under high pressure it has a very high energy density. To use hydrogen, water must be split into oxygen and hydrogen. For this process, electricity is used. Separating the different substances by means of electricity is also called electrolysis.

Producing hydrogen requires a hydrogen electrolyser. After production of the hydrogen, the hydrogen can be stored and used at a later time for various applications.

A hydrogen electrolyser is therefore always the basis of a hydrogen production system at Adsensys. Adsensys works with the electrolysers based on AEM technology from Enapter.

Hydrogen products offer solution

Generating hydrogen with Adsensys’ scalable solutions allows you to take the next step in the energy transition. Our hydrogen products consist of a core, which is then mass produced. Result? A scalable and flexible solution. Because of the scalability, the applications are almost endless and we like to think and look with you for a solution that seamlessly fits your needs.

Hydrogen as the foundation of sustainable operations

The hydrogen generators are built in modules, allowing us to fully customize the production of hydrogen. The delivery of your hydrogen system is turnkey, meaning you only need to connect the electricity, water and gas supply. Check out our different products and feel free to contact us for a customized implementation.

Enapter EL 2.1

The EL 2.1 is the latest development in standardization. The small design and easy integration options make this system extremely suitable for small-scale hydrogen production, but this solution is also suitable for large-scale production. In addition, the system is suitable for on-site production of hydrogen for own use and energy storage.

Enapter DRY 2.1

Enapter DRY 2.1

The ENAPTER DRY 2.1 makes it possible to connect 1 or more hydrogen electrolysers to a dryer. This makes it possible to remove water, which is created during the production of hydrogen from energy and water, so that an extremely pure form of hydrogen is created. The maximum capacity of the dryer is five electrolysers.

AEM Multicore

AEM Multicore

Enapter’s off-the-shelf AEM Multicore is less expensive than comparable sized PEM electrolysers (and comparable alkaline systems), and brings together the best of water electrolysis technologies. The AEM Multicore is at the top of the field for rapid response to intermittent renewable energy loads, producing high-performance, high-efficiency hydrogen in any context.

AEM Cluster 60

AEM Cluster 60

The AEM Cluster solutions are fully automated and remotely controlled by means of the energy management system. The 30ft. container has everything necessary for the production of hydrogen already installed so that the container only needs to be connected with venting and flushing pipes, water supply, hydrogen drainage pipes and a mains connection.
