Adsensys H2 Solutions B.V. and Cavendish Hydrogen have signed a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at exploring opportunities in the Dutch hydrogen market.

The cooperation combines Adsensys’ experience in EPC project delivery and hydrogen system integration with Cavendish Hydrogen’s expertise in hydrogen refuelling technology, equipment and lifecycle support. Through this cooperation, the companies aim to support the development of reliable and practical hydrogen infrastructure solutions in the Netherlands.

The agreement comes at a time when the Dutch hydrogen market is entering a new phase of development. The anticipated release of SWiM funding in the fourth quarter of 2026 may create new opportunities for hydrogen mobility and refuelling infrastructure projects throughout the Netherlands. The growth in green hydrogen production also requires hydrogen tubetrailer refueling installations which is going to be another interesting market.

Cavendish Hydrogen develops, manufactures and supplies hydrogen refuelling equipment and complete fuelling solutions for mobility applications. The company provides technology, equipment, engineering, commissioning, warranty, service and maintenance support, with projects delivered across multiple international markets.

Adsensys will contribute its local market knowledge, customer relationships, EPC and system integration capabilities, as well as experience with project execution, permitting and stakeholder coordination in the Netherlands. Together, the companies intend to explore opportunities where their capabilities can complement each other and create value for customers developing hydrogen projects.
